We invite you to the workshop titled “Sustainable Mining Practices in the Future,” which will be held on November 21, 2024, at Luleå University of Technology and online. This event, organized as part of the European MINE.IO project funded by Horizon Europe, is dedicated to innovative technologies that support sustainable mining.
Participation is free, but prior registration is required: https://mineio-horizon.eu/2024_workshop
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn about advanced geospatial and geophysical mapping methods, modern technologies for monitoring flooded mines, and digital solutions for data analysis and automation aimed at improving operational efficiency.
The workshop will also create a collaborative environment for technology providers, mining companies, and other key stakeholders. It will be an opportunity to explore critical steps in the commercialization process, including challenges related to scaling and integrating new technologies into existing processes.
